Refund policy

NAHIM: Nahim reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a computing error is detected, as well as in the event that the contractual proposal arrives distorted at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 (in its current wording) concerning electronic commerce.

CLIENT: At the Customer's request, the user may terminate the contract - without any compensation being required - within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods. The user must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution, return the goods to Nahim in the proper conditions of use (still in the box in which it was delivered). The packaging must be returned complete, just as it was delivered, and accompanied by all the documentation received to Nahim's address. The costs of the return shall be borne by the user in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14. Nahim reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with the described conditions, nor the applicable legal requirements.
