Shipping and Returns

Availability of items:

Nahim only processes an order placed by a user after confirmation of the respective payment.

Item deliveries: The delivery of the luxury item(s) is Nahim's responsibility.

Shipping costs are charged separately and will be detailed on the order and invoice. With the exception of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times in Portuguese territory will be 2 working days and in Europe a maximum of 5 working days. Delivery times start from receipt and confirmation of payment by Nahim. Delivery times are mere estimates and any delays do not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Nahim is present in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Delivery prices include insurance and the delivery price.

Delivery will be carried out by a carrier whose address is registered. The delivery of the article includes: The rented article and the transport insurance. Delivery will be made at home, via CTT or any other means that Nahim understands, to the address indicated for this purpose, or to the address indicated for billing purposes.

If the Customer considers that the article received does not correspond to the description on the website www.nahimluxury.com, he must immediately send an email to Nahim. The items will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, or provided by the Customer when ordering. The carrier is selected by Nahim, and is indicated in the order confirmation email.

Exceeding the delivery time by the carrier cannot lead to the cancellation of the order, any reduction in the price paid by the Customer, nor can the Customer request any claim for payment of damages to Nahim.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the conformity of the product upon delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery note. If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn and/or opened, the Customer must immediately check the conditions of the product. If the item is damaged, the Customer must refuse the package and note on the delivery note that he has refused the package because it has been opened or damaged. The Customer must transmit this information to Nahim, by email within a maximum period of 24 hours.

Cancellations and returns of articles by decision of:

NAHIM: Nahim reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a computing error, as well as in the event that the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error affects an essential element of the contract, under the terms of the provisions in Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 (in its current wording) on ​​electronic commerce.

CUSTOMER: At the request of the Customer, the user may terminate the contract - without any compensation being demanded - within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the good. The user must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution, return the goods to Nahim in proper conditions of use (still in the box in which it was delivered). The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all documentation received to Nahim's address. The return costs are borne by the user in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th. Nahim reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with the conditions described, nor the applicable legal ones.

New Items Warranty

Products sold on the website benefit from a guarantee, under the conditions considered under the terms of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8 (in its current wording), granted to users in case of lack of conformity of the good, for the period one year from the delivery date for used items and two years for new items. Under the terms of the aforementioned legal diploma, during the warranty period, the user must report the non-compliance of the product within a period of 2 (two) months from the date on which the said non-conformity was detected. If the deadlines are exceeded, the user loses the right to invoke the guarantee that the law gives him.

New item exchanges

If you wish to exchange items, the user must contact Nahim at info@nahimluxury.com, which will provide you with all the information about the exchange process. The user must not, under any circumstances, send luxury items to Nahim without having made prior contact, under the risk of them not being received. After contacting Nahim and receiving the return instructions, you can send the luxury item with the original packaging to the address indicated in the previous number. All items will be checked upon arrival at Nahim, only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange. In the sale of new or used items, there is no exchange of items.

SALES SERVICE FOR SECOND-HAND ITEMS

In the sale of used items, it will not be possible to return or exchange them. The product offers on the site will only be valid while Stock for that item is available. Nahim, and its partners undertake to deliver the product ordered online as soon as possible.
